These Terms govern Your use of our Service and constitute a binding agreement between You and Casamama Private Limited.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. Persons below 18 are not permitted to register or use the platform.

You acknowledge and agree that Casamama is not liable for any loss or damage caused by the use of such third-party websites.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend Your access to the Service at any time without notice if You violate these Terms.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Casamama or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by You for the Service, or ₹8,000 (INR), whichever is lower.

"AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Casamama disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Disputes Resolution

In case of any dispute, You agree to first attempt to resolve the issue amicably by contacting our support team at Casamama.

For Indian Users

As an Indian resident, You are entitled to all consumer rights and protections under applicable Indian laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Jurisdictional Legal Compliance

You confirm that You are not located in a country or region subject to international sanctions or embargoes and are not listed on any governmental restricted party lists under Indian law or international treaties applicable to India.

Severability and Waiver

If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable under Indian law, it will be modified to achieve its intent, and the remaining parts will remain in effect.

No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Translation Interpretation

If these Terms are translated into regional Indian languages, the English version shall prevail in the event of a dispute.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

Casamama reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. If changes are material, We will attempt to notify You at least 30 days in advance.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective will constitute acceptance of those changes.

Verification

To confirm your room booking in cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, or any other operational location, You must upload your identity verification documents (e.g., Aadhaar, PAN, Passport) within 72 hours. The booking is considered confirmed only upon successful document verification by Casamama.
